Por disposición de lo previsto en el artículo 282 bis del Código de Procedimientos Civiles de esta entidad, se está obligando creo que indebidamente a los Notarios y Corredores Públicos; y al Registro Público de la Propiedad, para comparecer a la audiencia conciliatoria en la que en realidad solamente las partes en sentido material, son las que directamente enfrentan una contienda, y por tanto, son las que podrían resolver su conflicto, siendo injusto que se obligue a los funcionarios mencionados y al Notario a dicha comparecencia, apercibiéndolo para que en caso de que no la haga, se le apliquen las medidas previstas por dicho numeral, pero resultando a la postre absurdo, el hecho de que continuamente al Notario se le distrae, obligándolo a que se ausente de su oficina con el propósito de asistir a dicha audiencia, y que en la misma no se presenten ni el actor ni el demandado principal.
