El tema de la Jurisdicción Voluntaria ha sido tratado en numerosos encuentros internacionales por lo tanto he creído oportuno incorporar a este informe las conclusiones aprobadas en aquéllos que se celebraron con posterioridad al informe realizado en el año 1983, reproduciendo por otra parte las correspondientes a los congresos anteriores, a fin de que el lector pueda tener un cuadro completo de las mismas.
