A nombre de los colegas del Notariado Jalisciense, les extiendo la más cordial y fraternal bienvenida a esta noble tierra, cuna de tantas y hermosas tradiciones muy representativas de nuestro folklore nacional, para dar curso a los eventos de la "II Jornada Nacional del Notariado Mexicano" que en coordinación con la Asociación Nacional, se verificará en esta denominada "Perla Tapatía”.
