La institucionalización en nuestro Estado de la ACADEMIA JALISCIENSE DE DERECHO NOTARIAL abrió la posibilidad de obtener por el Gremio Notarial un valioso acervo de conocimientos relacionados directa o indirectamente con su quehacer cotidiano. Ha servido también para olvidar muchos conceptos erróneos o ya superados, referibles a esta actividad Fedataria, sea por cambios de leyes o en los usos, prácticas y costumbres de los Notarios, tanto en las fórmulas de redacción como por la eliminación de términos conceptuales ineficaces.
