Validez y Nulidad de los Testamentos

En el Art. 80 del C�digo Civil se dispone que los actos ejecutados en contra del tenor de las leyes prohibitivas o de inter�s p�blico ser�n nulos, excepto en los casos en que la ley disponga lo contrario.�
