| Representantes de países pertenecientes a la Unión Internacional al del Notariado Latino, reunidos los días 30 de septiembre al 5 de octubre de 2001 con motivo del "XXIII Congreso Internacional del Notariado Latino" celebrado en esta ciudad de Atenas, Grecia, todos ellos participantes en esta Mesa numero III "CIRCULACION DEL DOCUMENTO NOTARIAL Y SUS EFECTOS COMO TITULO LEGITIMADOR EN EL TRAFICO JURIDICO", desean dejar constancia en estas conclusiones de lo siguiente. |

En la sociedad en particular en el mundo económico con la prevalencia del comercio electrónico, se ha producido el gran cambio en la manera y el contenido del negocio comercial que lleva a complejidad e innovación en las transacciones. Además, por ahora, se ve que ha desarrollado, la actividad económica internacional, así como el intercambio de la información de manera sorprendente.
