En este trabajo analizaré concisamente la ?gura jurídica de la corrección ante el error, actualmente prevista en el artículo 79 de la Ley Reglamentaria de los numerales 103 y 107 de la Constitución Federal, para conocer en qué consiste, sus efectos, alcances y diferencias en comparación con la suplencia de la de?ciencia de la queja. Acto seguido, comentaré brevemente cuál era el marco constitucional y legal vigente al momento de expedirse la Ley de Amparo de 1869, para luego señalar la estructura de esta legislación reglamentaria y explicar cuáles eran los requisitos que debían reunir los conceptos de violación en una demanda de garantías de aquélla época.
