El Derecho Notarial como rama del Derecho. El Derecho es uno; lo que no quiere decir que sea simple, esto es, que carezca de partes diferenciables por su contenido. De ahí las divisiones tradicionales en Derecho Público y Privado y las subdivisiones de estas ramas en otras secundarias, Ahora bien, dentro de la unidad total del Derecho Positivo ¿cabe una rama notarial, como la comercial, la procesal, la penal, o la administrativa?
