Renta. El Artículo 130 del Reglamento de la Ley de ese impuesto vigente hasta el 4 de diciembre de 2006, al limitar el beneficio contenido en el Artículo 109, Fracción XV, Inciso A), de la Ley del Impuesto relativo,viola las garantías de subordinación jerárquica y de reserva de ley.
