El Tribunal Electoral del Poder Judicial del Estado de Jalisco

Este órgano jurisdiccional especializado tiene hoy día relevancia medular en el ámbito institucional jalisciense. La constitución particular del estado lo sitúa como la autoridad jurisdiccional más importante de la entidad en materia electoral ante la que puede plantearse cuanta controversia se suscite a causa de las elecciones para integrar los poderes estatales y municipales.
