El contrato como negocio jurídico no es más que un acuerdo de voluntades; es una con?uencia de voluntades que produce efectos jurídicos, o sea, se crean, se extinguen o se transmiten derechos y obligaciones. Hagamos caso omiso de la separación entre contrato y convenio: uno como especie del otro, porque a ?n de cuentas la importación de efectos jurídicos es la misma y tomemos como genérico el término de contrato, que es una ?gura en la cual varias voluntades se unen y de la que se derivan efectos jurídicos, ya sea para la extinción, exhibición o modi?cación de derechos y obligaciones.
