El ?deicomiso en México es actualmente una ?gura extraordinariamente rica, de gran valor, de gran autenticidad, genuinamente mexicano. Somos Nosotros los precursores y lo fueron, en su momento, abogados, juristas (y las leyes mexicanas) las que pusieron al movimiento en un traslado de lo que es el trust anglosajón, al sistema de derecho escrito, por lo que hay que reconocer esta autoría mexicana como producto legislativo y jurídico en general de primera calidad. En este ámbito, a quienes estuvieron a cargo de regular y de estudiar lo que fue en su cargo político el ?deicomiso en nuestro país, mani?esto mi más profundo respeto y reconocimiento hacia ellos.
